My job is to be impartial, not incompetent. I am an extension of your professionalism and knowledge of the loan documents. I walk borrowers through each document to make sure all forms are filled out including; Statement of info, PCOR, and Right to Cancel. I check 3x before leaving the location to ensure no errors are present that may cause a delay in funding.

I always maintain open communication with borrower, attorney and/or signing service.

I will fix  any mistakes that may arise immediately, no question.

With a background in mental health, I understand the importance of tailored customer care, satisfaction, teamwork, and trust when it comes to handling non-public information and personal matters.

I primarily cover the New Castle County area of Delaware but render services throughout the entire state of Delaware.
