I give all signers 'white glove' treatment, regardless of the nature of the signing. I actually enjoy the challenge of handling signers that others may consider difficult or picky; it is very rewarding leave all signers feeling comfortable and confident at the end of the signing. As part of providing excellent customer service, I recognize the importance of adhering to directives/instructions/requests provided to me by each individual hiring party, and paying attention to all details. I understand the need for timely, clear, and direct communication with all parties involved in the transaction. I thoroughly review the documents to be signed, prior to the designated appointment time to ensure that I am well-prepared to provide an explanation of the purpose of each document to the signer. In one of the most critical services I provide, I thoroughly review the identification provided by the signer, and ensure that the signer is competent and coherent to sign; which is essential in deterring and preventing fraud and also lessen the likelihood that the validity of the document being signed could be contested in the future. In the instance that an error is made, I will take full accountability and ownership and getting the error rectified will take the highest precedence in my schedule. I am happy to take on last minute, challenging, and/or 'out of the ordinary' signings. I have experience with completing Refinance transactions, Purchase signings, Seller signings, Loan Modifications, Initial Applications/Disclosures, and Equity signings.
