I will meet with you to notarize your documents (e.g., loan, power of attorney) at your home, office, coffee shop or any other location that is convenient for you. Licensed and Bonded in Washington State. Handled loan documents assigned to me, called up borrowers to confirm appointments, meet with borrowers to obtain their signatures and notarized their loan documents, scan documents back to my company and take the Original to FedEx or UPS. Timing, customer service attention to detail and solid organization skill is the key to my being able to handle a lot of closing within a short time without errors.
