As a previous Notary for the State of Florida (Commission #DD403850), I have quality checked and Notarized many Estate Planning documents for clients in the Financial Industry, this would include Wills, Trust documents, Power of Attorney’s, Affidavits and Contracts.

·         As a graduate of Houston Community College Real Estate Associates Program and Self-Training, I have vigilantly reviewed the documents, procedures and legal requirements to process new buyer/seller loans, refinance loans, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages.

·         Printing large packages, then scanning back to my clients for review isn’t a problem. I have invested in a two-tray laser printer and scanner to handle the needs of my clients.

·         If you prefer to go paperless, I am also commission as an Online Notary.

·         Updates are an important part of the loan funding process and I will update you at each step, per your preferred method of contact. I am not afraid to ask questions!
