My name is Barbara J. Weaver, a Certified National Notary Association (NNA) Signing Agent in the State of Virginia. I have had over 60 closings last month. I cover the Northern Virginia Region to include Culpeper, Fauquier, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Caroline, King George, Stafford County, and the independent cities of Fredericksburg, Manassas and Manassas Park. I specialize in Professional Mortgage Document Signings, Real Estate Loan Documents, Reverse Mortgages, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), VA, FHA, and am a certified Mobile Notary Public with 20+ years experience. I am a member of the NNA. I have a background screened through the NNA and hold an E&O Policy through American Association of Notaries (AAN). I have worked several years as a Loan Officer Assistant with experience preparing loan packages and speaking with borrowers, lenders, and other offices. I also worked as a Loan Processor. I have worked documents from start to finish. I am available for signings Monday - Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours signing is also available.
