My name is Ava L. Grant. I am a Notary Signing Agent and Mortgage Closer in the State of Florida. The types of signings I have accomplished are Refinances, VA refinances, Split signing, Purchases Buyer and Seller, Loan Modifications, and Home Equity Line of Credit. In my signing appointments, I provide clients a comfortable and understandable signing experience. I do so by providing them brief explanations of each document and allowing time for questions to be answered.
