I am Ashley Fullerton, owner of Southern Heritage Notary LLC, a Louisiana commissioned notary and NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent serving Northwest Louisiana, including Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto, and Webster parishes. With more than 15 years of business experience, an MBA, and a foundation in business law, management, and marketing, I bring professionalism, attention to detail, and dependable communication to every assignment.

My credentials include Louisiana Notary Public Commission, RON  Commission, NNA Signing Agent, clear background, HIPAA Certified, LNA Member, USNA Member, $50,000 Bond as well as $25,000 E & O Insurance, I have completed more than 50 signings, building experience working with clients, signing services, and real estate professionals who depend on accurate documents and timely completion.

I understand that accepting an assignment means taking responsibility for the details. I confirm promptly, review instructions carefully, communicate clearly, and provide timely updates throughout the process. Before returning documents, I review them for completeness, including required signatures, initials, dates, and notarial information, to help prevent avoidable corrections and funding delays. Scanbacks and document returns receive the same careful attention as the appointment itself.

At the signing table, I am punctual, prepared, and professional. My background in education has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient, and work comfortably with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I guide signers through the signing process while respecting the boundaries of my role and directing substantive questions to the appropriate professional. My goal is to help each signer feel comfortable while keeping the appointment efficient and on track.

In addition to loan signings, Southern Heritage Notary provides general notary services, with a particular focus on serving individuals and families in hospitals, hospice settings, nursing facilities, and their homes. I recognize that these appointments often require added compassion, discretion, and flexibility. Protecting confidential information and treating every client with dignity are central to my approach.

I am available 24/7 for last-minute, rush, weekend, holiday, and after-hours requests, with extended travel available by arrangement.
