 I have gained experience in a variety of different types of signing such as refinance, buyer and sellers, heloc, loan mod, annuity and partial claims.  I understand the importance of having documents completed properly and making sure no dates, initials or signatures have been missed. As well as an understanding that communication is key, ask questions if ever uncertainty, timeliness is pertinent and knowing the part I play as the signing agent directly affects the clients loan.
