His commitment to community and country continues today where he volunteers his time and talents serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol, the Auxiliary of the United States Air Force with over 25 years of service holding various command and staff positions at squadron, group, and wing levels, with distinction. His military background shaped his leadership style with a focus on discipline, accountability, and mission-oriented thinking. Over the years, he has taken on critical responsibilities in logistics, operations, and personnel management, which provided him with a strong foundation in compliance and documentation—skills that seamlessly tied into career in the legal field.

Since 1992, Arnold has worked as a Paralegal, specializing in civil litigation, real estate transactions, and document preparation. His expertise in preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, affidavits, powers of attorney, and mortgage packages, has made him an invaluable asset to attorneys, title companies, and lenders.
