Started Loan Signings June 2021. I have completed over 100 signings which include Refi's Conventional, FHA's , VA's, Reverse and buyer  packets, I know the importance of capturing all signatures according to signature lines, dates only where dates are shown as well as all initials. I also know the importance of getting scan back's complete if requested as well as dropping Doc's in a timely manner. I double check to make sure I have stamped and completed all notarial act's correctly before shipping. While at signing, I make sure the borrower(s) is/are comfortable at signing table by moving along according to their speed and not mine. I also make sure to ask them at the end of the process how they feel about the signing and this has proven to be embraced with great feedback from the borrower(s).
