I'm a certified notary through National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. I have over six years of notary experience. I perform a range of duties, including Loan Signings, PCOR, Witnessing Signatures, Power of Attorney, Deed of Trust, Administering Oaths, Agreements and Contracts. Insured and bonded and have a completed background check. I Collaborate with title and mortgage companies as well as third party vendors to meet with borrowers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate paperwork regarding loans, purchases and sales of real property (also known as closings). Interact with clientele from diverse sociocultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. Explain the purpose of each document being signed and answer any pertinent questions. I have over six years working in the real estate and mortgage industry. I've worked with TP Settlement Services, Clear Title Florida, Equitable Title, Palm State Mortgage and Lending Solutions of Central FL. My mortgage experience include Purchases, REFI's and HELOC loans. I reviewed and prepared all mortgage applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and to make sure all documents were in compliance, I also made sure loans were marketable. I have worked with several government entities as a Procurement Agent with eight years of procurement and purchasing experience. I have the ability to analyze, solve problems, render advice and assist on contractual matters. Created invoices, processed purchase orders and contracts. Ensure effective and clear communication to operational and outside customers. I have extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of public/governmental contract administration and management. Experienced working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, Systems Applications and Products (SAP) and Crystal Reports. I service several counties,, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.
