NNA Certified. LSS Certified (loan signing system). I cover all of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. For scan back documents I have an Epson Workforce ES-580 that will easily handle any loan package and will perfectly keep everything in order.  I have a high speed, dual-tray laser printer (Brother HL - L6200DW) and print by PDF size automatically. I double check everything while at signing and triple check it before it is sent out.

-Completion Notification: Signing completion notification will be sent as soon as I leave the signing location
