I have done tax prep for a number of years, have recently decided to put my notary commission to work and expand my business to include loan signings, very excited to get into this venture and learn all that I can about the intricacies of loan signings as I have a number of friends and acquaintances who are in the real estate business and would like to be able to offer my services to them as they progress and help other families to acquire their properties. I understand the importance of discretion as it also pertains to tax work with keeping private information safe and secure. I am currently certified through NNA and Notary2Pro, and am also working my way through the plethora of information that Notary Stars has; I am surprised how much actually goes into a loan and how many documents there are but I love to learn and am happy to accept the challenge of learning all the documents that are involved in various ways. I also love to travel so traveling all around my area to complete a signing would not be an issue as long as I am made aware of this with enough time to plan my drives.
