I am a certified Notary and Loan- signing agent. I am aware that incomplete documents may cause rate locks, which is not beneficial to our customers and your company; therefore, it's not good for me as a signing agent.

I am trained to walk borrowers through loan documents such as closing statements, notes, payment letters. I am aware that I have to be impartial but not uneducated. I was let the customer know what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents,
