When I learned real estate in 1997 at a law firm, I knew nothing. My attorney taught me everything from contract through post closing and beyond. I have been a Notary Public since 1997 (NJ, MD and now FL). My parlegal career spanned 18 years working in law offices in NJ. When I semi-retired, I was doing Loan closings part time and took that to a full time position. I have been a Loan Closer for 13 years and enjoy every aspect of the business. Helping clients through the final stage of the loan at the closing table can be challenging because I am the only human they meet in person. I do everything necessary, even when a mistake is made to correct the error or assist in correcting the issue (even if I was not the cause of the error). Customer Service is primary and I give 110%.
