E & O Insurance, background Screening check up to date. I am a dependable, on time, honest, and organized Notary. I will travel ( over a 50 miles radius ) to Clients home and places of business to notarize loan documents. Keep in contact with Escrow Company or Loan officer. Also will ensure all documents are sign/ executed and returned in a timely manner as instructed.
