I have 29 years of experience as a Notary Public in the State of Indiana.  I specialize in mortgage signings.  I have a mobile office with a laptop, printer and scanner for last minute changes or assignments.  I am very detailed when it comes to making sure the documents are signed properly and are returned to the title company in a timely manner.  My coverage area is  11 counties in the North East section of Indiana.  I have an excellent reputation with local title companies and real estate agents for being on time, accuracy, and having a bubbly personality.  I do have my digital notary stamp but at this time I am ONLY doing IPEN signings with this technology.  I look forward to working with your company!
