Here is An Overview of My Workflow:

1. APPOINTMENT SETTING: I Will Promptly Schedule Appointments With Clients, Ensuring Their Convenience and Availability.

2. CLIENT VERIFICATION and INFORMATION SHARING: Prior to the Meeting, I Will Send Clients Verification of Our Scheduled Meeting Along With Any Important Information They Need to Know About the Signing Process.

3. MEETING WITH THE CLIENT: During the Scheduled Date and Time, I Will Meet With the Client and Initiate the ID Scan to Verify Their Identity. 

4. DOCUMENT EXPLANATION and NOTARIZATION: I Will Provide Clients With a Brief Overview of the Document Types and Witness Signatures, Ensuring They Understand What They Are Signing. Additionally, I Will Provide Notarization Services As Needed.

5. RECORD KEEPING: Although Not Required in West Virginia, I Maintain a Thorough Notary Journal for Record-Keeping Purposes, Ensuring Compliance With Best Practices and Adding an Extra Layer of Security to the Transaction.

6. SCAN BACKS and NOTIFICATION: Upon Completion of the Signing, I Will Promptly Provide Scan Backs of All Signed Documents and Notify Your Company of the Successful Closing. If Necessary, I Will Ensure That Documents Are Delivered Overnight to Meet Deadlines, When Providing Mobile Services.

Having Recently Become Commissioned as a Notary Public. In Previous Years Did I Begin My Training. Last Year I Started Following Seasoned Notaries to Learn Everything Before Obtaining My Commission. I Have Attended Mock Signings & Contain Loan Package Documents for Conventional Loan, Loan Modification, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, VA Loan, Buyers Package & HELOC & Will Explain Documents to Clients. Before Becoming a Commissioned, Was When I Learned Laws and Various Procedures, Code of Conduct & Industry Standards Set Forth for Notaries. I Have Undertaken Rotary Notary Training and Received Relevant Certification to Ensure Proficiency in Delivering High-Quality Notary Services.
