I am a full-time bilingual Mobil Notary in English/Spanish located in Solano County, CA since 2021. I have been trained to handle mortgage documents in real estate transactions by the Notary Academy, the National Notary Association, the Loan Signing System, and the Notary2Pro. I am a student of the Notary Academy and a member of the National Notary Association. I am NNA Background and Certified, and I also have 1M E&O Insurance.

I provide services in Solano, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Yolo, Napa, and Sacramento County.

I have conducted 182 loan signings and explained documents for the following transactions: Loan Application, Seller Transaction, Purchase Cash Transaction, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase Mortgage, Refinance Mortgage, Home Equity/Loan of Credit, Partial Claim Mortgage, Closing in a Trust and Power of Attorney. 

I have a computer and a Brother Monochrome Laser Printer double tray, so I can print documents from home. I can provide scans back from the signing table for Quality Control Process before the loan documents are sent by FedEx or UPS to their destination. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
