I know that errors on loan docs can cost a mortgage officer rate locks or a buyer to miss a close of escrow. This is why I always triple check my work before dropping off documents. Any and all forms (PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification, Disbursements of Proceeds) will be returned filled out by the borrower. I will walk your borrower through all of the important documents and give a brief description of each, so they know what they are signing. I am very communicative and will make sure to keep you informed throughout the process.
