I am NNA Certified and I have also completed the Loan Signing System Certification as well as the Notary Stars training. I have a mobile scanner. I have a printer that always has fresh ink and I always make sure documents are crisp and everything printed correctly. I am comfortable with the loan signing process and explaining the documents to clients. I am always friendly and respectful. I am always on time. I triple check my work, and in the rare event that I make a mistake, it will be my top priority to fix it immediately. I will always complete scan backs immediately after a signing and I will always make Fed Ex drops.
