For loan signings, my top priorities are making sure loan packages are completely and accurately filled while making the process as smooth as possible for the borrower. I recheck loan documents for initials, signatures, and dates multiple times before, during, and after the signing. I would rather call and ask questions before/during the signing than return loan documents with mistakes. I value feedback and on the rare occasion I make a mistake, I do my best to make it right. I have a mobile office, can provide you with updates during the process, and I return documents promptly.
