I’m Amanda Dolph, owner of Dolph Notary Services and an experienced Indiana Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent serving Indianapolis and communities throughout Central Indiana. I have been providing professional mobile notary and signing services since 2020.

I am National Notary Association (NNA) certified and background screened, and I have additional professional training through Loan Signing System and Notary Stars. I understand the importance of accuracy, professionalism, communication, and following signing instructions carefully from the time an assignment is accepted through completion and document return.

My loan signing experience includes purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, loan modifications, hybrid closings, full wet signings, and other real estate transactions. I am comfortable working with large document packages, completing required scanbacks, and ensuring documents are returned promptly according to client instructions.

In addition to loan signings, I provide mobile General Notary Work throughout Central Indiana. My experience includes powers of attorney, wills and estate planning documents, trusts, affidavits, healthcare documents, vehicle-related documents, and other personal and business documents. I regularly meet clients at homes, businesses, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other convenient locations.

I take pride in providing every client and signer with courteous, patient, and professional service. I understand that I am often representing the title company, lender, signing service, or other hiring party at the signing table, and I strive to represent each client well.
