I have been a loan signing agent for 5 years.  I am NNA certified, 100,000.00 E & O,  dual tray printer. I have recently become a member of Notary Stars and am completing their 135 hr. training. I will complete Notary2 Pro when finished with Notary Stars.  There is always something new to learn and I really enjoy the trainings.

I closed all the properties for Taylor Morrison builders in World Golf Village until they completely sold out.  So lots of purchase signing experience.

 I am an inactive licensed Realtor and have had extensive experience with the documents found in loan signing packages.  It has been my great pleasure in this business to meet some fantastic people.  I have never had a bad experience-except maybe the time when the 30 lb. Labradoodle sat on my lap during a closing.  Just a little difficult to move papers around. But no problem. And I wouldn't categorize it as a "bad experience". I am very good with animals and people.  I do not make statements or ask questions that might offend the signers.

I am looking forward to becoming the best possible Notary Signing Agent and staying very busy doing something I love.
