Hello, I am an experienced mobile notary in the Tri-County Michigan area, I am knowledgeable and experienced with the CFPB -TRID Rules & the Closing Disclosure (CD). I have a current E & 0 Policy, CBC on file, and bonded with over 17 years of mortgage closing experience. I have had the pleasure of serving many title & signing companies to assist their borrowers with refinancing loans, equity loans, purchases, land contracts, REO's, Reverse Mortgages, and structured settlements. I have successfully completed over 4,000 notarizations since 2003. I Will travel to the borrower’s home or office and I am available days, evenings, and some weekends. All parties are properly identified, signatures witnessed and documents properly executed and notarized. Electronic documents accepted. My coverage areas include Wayne County, Oakland County, and parts of Macomb County. My office is equipped with a laser printer, High-Speed Internet Access, fax, and scanner. I am also Pavaso and Nexsys certified to do e-signings and Nexys for RON signings.
