I have completed over 500 Loan Signings. I am experienced in Reverse Mortgages, HELOC, Seller, Purchases, Refi's, Private Wealth, Loan Modifications, Commercial signings and of course GNW as well. I understand I am a subcontractor but I am still representing your company. I am usually the first in person contact for most transactions and even if the transaction isn't considered "private wealth" I treat every transaction with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I take pride in doing the signing correctly the first time and triple check my work so there is no delay in the transaction. One heads up I like to give for transactions in Elko County is Fed Ex Overnight leaves at 9 am, so if you will be using Fed Ex for shipment I will accommodate a 7 am sign time to get same day shipping or there is the option to ship UPS Overnight which doesn't leave until 2:30 pm. I will travel to surrounding counties for an extra travel fee.
