"Measure twice, cut once," Alex applies this to his signings, as he understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in this business. Alex will ensure to have RTCs, PCORs, and ALL disclosures and documents filled out COMPLETELY to make life easier for all parties involved to not cause any funding conditions/delays. In addition, he's an excellent and friendly communicator that takes initiative in setting appointments with borrowers and reaching out to the assigning party to keep them updated on the progression of the signing.
