I was commissioned as a Public Notary in 2013, in that time I've performed over 5,000 notarizations.  I've been trained and Certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the NNA. I specialize in loan packages including new home purchases, refinances, construction loans, V.A Loans, commercial loans, HELOCs, Home Equity loans, and vehicle loans.  I am fully mobile!  I carry a touchscreen laptop with a mobile hotspot, I have a mobile printer and scanner along with a small folding table and chairs.  I have a current Background Check conducted by NNA. I also carry two error & omissions insurance liability policies. One through Merchant's Bonding Co. for $25k (for my general notary work) and another policy through BiBerk for $1mil. of liability (for loan signings). I am willing to travel up to 50 miles outside of Middlesex Co.  My area of service includes the following counties: Lancaster, Middlesex, Mathews, Northumberland, Richmond Co., Gloucester, King & Queen, Essex & King William. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (2007, AIU) and an Associate of Science Degree and Certificate in Office Management (1999, LDSBC). I have over 20 years of experience working in business administration. I'm a detailed person and enjoy meeting new people. For your safety, I always carry Clorox wipes, never share pens, and will wear a mask when requested. I wash my hands frequently and use hand sanitizer before and after each appointment.
