I was commissioned as a Public Notary in 2013, in that time I've performed over 10,000 notarizations and over 1,000 real estate closings.  I've been trained and certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the NNA. I specialize in loan packages, including new home purchases, refinances, construction loans, VA loans, commercial loans, HELOCs, Home Equity loans, and vehicle loans. 

I have a mobile office set-up including a laser printer, copier, & scanner along with a laptop, mobile hotspot, a folding table, and chairs.   

I have a current Background Check conducted by NNA. I also carry error & omissions insurance through BiBerk for $1mil. of liability. 

My area of service includes the following counties: Lancaster, Middlesex, Mathews, Northumberland, Richmond Co., Gloucester, King & Queen, Essex & King William. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (2007, AIU) and an Associate of Science Degree and Certificate in Office Management (1999, LDSBC). I have over 20 years of experience working in business administration. I am a Founding Member of the Virginia Association of Notaries (V.A.N.).
