I will check, double check, and triple check loan packages to ensure there is absolutely no missed information, initials, signatures, dates, or notarizations, especially on critical documents like the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and the PCOR. I will notify you when I arrive at the appointment (on time) as well as when the appointment is completed, at which point I will ensure all documents (including any required checks and copies from the signers) are returned on time. My goal is to provide timely and accurate signings without mistakes that could potentially cause any funding conditions. It is not likely that there will be any mistakes on the documents, but in the event that there is I will prioritize correcting it immediately.
