Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience. I have been trained by NNA & LSS so I’m well informed on documents. I will triple-check all documents before returning them to ensure dates, signatures and initials as well as Notarial blocks are all properly filled out. I am a native Spanish speaker and able to help with those as well. I understand the importance of deadlines. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP so no deadlines are missed. I know all my FedEx and UPS drop off locations and their times.
