I understand the importance of ensuring the documents are signed completely and correctly the first time to avoid transaction or funding delays. I always return documents quickly and same day whenever possible including prompt scan backs.  I also know there are often unforeseen delays in finishing a loan package so it is important to have reliable closers ready on short notice. I remain a neutral party throughout guiding the borrowers and know who to call if errors are found or questions arise.
