I'm a Signing Agent in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida and have completed over 300 signings including reverse mortgage, refinance, purchase, seller packages as well as estate planning documents such as Trusts, Will and Power of Attorney. I service the following counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota.
I'm detail oriented and understand the importance of making sure the signing is completed error free. I ensure that all notary stamps, signatures and initials are present and the signatures match the name printed.
I also make sure that completed documents are sent out when requested. I do not choose to do another appointment over making FedEx.
If you require scan backs, I'll always scan as you request.
Most importantly, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically, makes you look bad to your client.
