Doc's such as PROC, Notice of right to cancel and 1003 are clear and done properly. Should a mistake arise, I will put at the top of my list and fix immediately. All documents get priority attention and returned promptly. Keeping you in the loop through the process. I am a former Realtor with Re/Max. So I am experienced in working all aspects of the industry. More specifically I was a certified buyer's agent. Unlike other notary's, I don't just shovel the loan docs in front of the borrower and say, “sign here" I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs. I always make sure that the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or if the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves. You should know that I: Get documents back ASAPSAP (to make FedEx) Don’t miss signatures or stamps Fix errors ASAP/don’t make excuses/don’t charge extra if it’s their fault Always am available/take atypical appointment times (late night/early morning/etc.) Look what is on the Closing Statement for your notary invoice.
