I'm a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent (LSA) commissioned in the state of New York. I am certified through the National Notary Association (NNA) and Loan Signing System (LLS). I have completed over 750 closings nationwide therefore well versed on notary law and witness requirements for states outside of New York. I have experience walking borrowers through refinances, CEMA’s, seller’s packages, purchase/ buyer’s packages, HELOCS, loan modifications and reverse mortgages. I ensure documents are printed on their correct paper size, never print double sided and always provide a copy to the borrowers. I ensure borrowers initial the 1003 application of joint credit is selected, sign their names as it appears on the loans documents and always conduct quality control by triple checking the closing package before leaving the closing table. I provide scan backs if requested immediately after the closing and always drop off the documents at Fedex or UPS on time for next delivery. I bring professionalism, knowledge, compassion, patience, attention to detail and flexibility to every notarization. I take pride in my delivery of service and have a passion for what I do. Thus my duty is to ensure all parties involved in the closing transaction are happy. I am available 24/7 and service the following counties: New York, Bronx, Kings, Queens, Westchester and Nassau.
