I am a notary public with nearly half a decade of experience. During my tenure as a certified loan signing agent and have successfully completed over 2400 loan signings with a 98% error free record. Most of those errors took place early in my career, and I am certified by completing the NNA and LSS (Loan Signing System) certification courses. I am available 24/7, and I really mean it, and can travel to all parts of Travis County and Williamson County.

Choosing me for your loan signing will ensure that your borrower has a smooth signing experience. I go over every document to make sure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and filled out correctly.

I always check each document for errors several times at each appointment and am confident with how to instruct borrowers on how to sign crucial loan documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure that they are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion that I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and return to the signer's location to fix any errors right away.

Loan documents will always be returned promptly and on time immediately after the signing is complete and I know which FedEx locations are open late so that all drop off times are met.
