I have been in the mortgage business for over 23 years and have been an actual loan closer for over 5 years and a loan processor for all of the 23 years plus. I have done dual duties as a processor and closer for the 5 years I have been doing closings. I am very well experienced in loan documents and signings for refinances, purchases, helocs,and loan modifications.I am familiar with many mortgage products such as FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA,and MSHDA. I am very personable, professional, reliable, understanding, great listener team player, punctual and a great communicator. The mortgage industry has been a bulk of my career and it is by far the best career path I have chosen. I have a great desire to help people and pursuing a self- employed career as a Notary signing agent is my goal.
