I am bilingual and fluent in the Spanish language.  I will provide top quality services to you and your customers.   I am punctual, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable about the loan process and related documents.  I understand the importance of respecting the customers’ time while still making sure that the customer understands what they are signing.  I have completed hundreds of error free signings because I take the time to double-check documents to ensure that there are no missed signatures, initials, dates and/or notarization stamps before leaving the signing location.  I also know how important it is to ensure that documents are shipped promptly so that funding conditions are met.
