I am serious signing agent and insure your clients will have a great signing experience.  I check docs meticulously to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are completely and properly filled out.  I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.  The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete.  I will keep you informed throughout the process.  I have completed over 500 signings and a RON notary as well.  I have E&O insurance of 100k and am LSS and NNA trained and certified.  I have a mobile office with dual tray printer and scanner.
