I have been in the Real Estate Industry in one form or another for nearly 15 years. During much of my time in Real Estate, I spent a great deal of it working with Lenders in the field of Broker Price Opinions (BPO). Prior to the Market crash in 2007-2008, I served as a Loan Officer. I cut my teeth in Real Estate starting in 2004 when I began my career as a Realtor. Through my years I have been through many signings and have seen the market twist and turn in many directions. You will find me well versed in most aspects of the industry. I have very varied experiences and what I don't know, I'm not to proud to ask for help. Since 2019, I have served exclusively as a Remote Online Notary.  This is currently the only segment of notarization in which I currently work.  I have multiple different platforms on which I can sign, including LiveNotary, Nexsys, Pavaso and DocVerify.  As one of the most seasoned RONs in the nation, I invite you to contact me with any questions you may have.
