I am certified and trained as a Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, and a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public. Certified and trained with the National Notary Association. I am experienced with the following loan documents: HELOC, Refinance, Buyer/Seller Packages, & Closings, Loan Modifications, VA, FHA, and Conventional, USDA loans / Very familiar with buyer and Refi Packages
Currently I work as a pre closing loan auditor for a mortgage company full time, and have been operating in such capacity for 8 months. That has given me great experience with the various types of loans, and loan programs as each day I process audits on 3 to 5 loans per day. I go through every single closing package meticulously ensuring no errors are found before the package is shipped to the lender.
