I worked for Bank of America for 10 years and during that time, I earned my Certified Escrow Officer designation and worked as a R.E Loan Officer for several years. Upon leaving Bank of America, I acquired my R.E. Sales License and worked as a Real Estate Salesperson for 7 or 8 years. Given my employment background, I have extensive knowledge of real estate documentation. I pride myself on my professionalism and keen attention to detail. I am a certified Signing Agent and have my background check available for review through NNA. In addition, I maintain errors and omission coverage of $100,000 through Traveler's Casualty and Surety (4 year term), in order to satisfy the majority of escrow and title company requirements.
