  My Name is Veronica Berton and I am a Notary Public/Certified Signing Agent. I have many years of experience as a banking and mortgage field professional. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing littered with errors may cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, or a buyer to miss a close of escrow; in general, causing everyone involved unnecessary problems or issues. Accuracy is extremely important to me; I don't miss any dates, initials, or signatures on a client's important documents. 

?    I will walk you the borrower through all of your documents, such as the closing statement, note, deed, and closing documents. I maintain total impartiality during the signing, while always ensuring that the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents. I make sure the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of rights to cancel. If the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates and initials themselves.

In addition to loan signing, I also do handle all types of general notary work.
