Hi! I am both a Loan Signing Agent & RON  Certified Notary for the State of Florida.  I comes to you as an  over 2 yrs experienced Notary Professional who has over 20 years in the Real Estate industry.

Currently Serves in the State of Fl, formerly in State of Tn. As a former Loan Officers, Loan Processors.I understand how imperative paying attention to small details are in making certain that the documents are signed, initialed, and stamped where it is needed.

I understand that I am to be impartial when communicating with the borrower, but I remain educated in order to better guide your borrowers comfortable through the signing process. I know that the documents could be somewhat intimidating which is why it is important to me to walk them through the Closing Disclosures, Closing Statement, Note, and Deed as opposed to making them feel rushed.

I will return all documents to you fully completed, whether it be the PCOR, SOI, Trust Certification, or Disbursement Of Proceeds, and I will Not miss any signatures on 1003!

I will also go to your Title Office, Real Estate Office, Model Home, or Borrowers Home,or Remotely to Close your Deal! I am not picky with hours. I will do Early Bird Closings, after-hours evening, even on weekends.
