I am a commissioned Washington Notary Public and I have received training through the NNA as well as another training company to be a certified NSA. I have been involved in the Real Estate industry for 5 years. I am familiar with many Real Estate Documents and have experience with Reverse Mortgage, Helocs, Refinance Loans, Seller and Purchase Documents, residential  Investment property and POA's. My SD’s profile does not accurately represent how many signings I have truly completed as it is more than stated here because I work through multiple signing platforms. I am professional, efficient and kind and my upmost goal is to help everyone get to a successful closing and or Notarization! I am willing to travel between Snohomish and Skagit counties and with enough notice I am willing to go to Island, Whatcom and King counties as well.
