Mobile Notary work - I am available to notarize just about any document such as contracts, wills and estate planning, advanced directives, affidavits, acknowledgments, power of attorney forms, school forms, consent forms, I9 verification, and more. I am a certified wedding officiant for non-ceremony unions. All are Welcome! Embosser and seals available. I will travel to you whether it is your home, a coffee shop, your office, a hospital, assisted living, rehab facility, or correctional facility (jails). Loan Signing Agent – I have certifications from several industry leaders including the NNA, LSS, and N2P. I service Westchester County and the surrounding area for in-person appointments, for online signings I have clients nationwide. HELOCs, Conventional/FHA/VA loans, refinances, reverse mortgages, etc. I am willing and able. I have a dual tray laser printer, and a mobile scanner. I schedule appointments 24/7, holidays, nights, and weekends. I will have loan docs back in the office ASAP, same day when possible. I am an extension of your knowledge and professionalism, so I am very aware that any mistakes not only make you look bad, but cause delayed closings, re-signs, and missed rate locks.
