My purpose of a successful signing agent is to represent you in the best way possible as well as myself. With my training from the NNA and Loan Signing Systems, I am capable of completing various loan documents without fail. I can complete a Notice of Right to Cancel document with the correct recission dates. I can assure you that you will not miss funding because of missed dates, signatures or initials. My attention to detail in reviewing documents beforehand will prevent questions and/or errors at the table. I am aware of the initials or signatures that lie in the middle of the page, not just the bottom.  If by chance mistakes are made, because I am human of course,  I will take full responsible and rectify the situation. I am a mobile notary as well, so I can print with my dual tray printer and scan back documents when needed. I can also drop documents at FEDEX same day because my latest local  pick up time is 9:15pm. I thank you in advance for giving me the opportunity to serve you and our clients well.
