 I have been certified and educated through the National Notary Association and Loan Signing System to assist the lender in guiding the borrower through their loan documents and each step of the loan signing process.

My loan modification experience includes refinances, reverse mortgages, buyer's packages, seller's packages, VA Loans, debt settlements, and HELOC. I have assisted clients with powers of attorney, contracts, deeds, quit claim deeds, witness of signature, titles, affidavits, depositions, and more.

Being a Notary Public has given me the opportunity to give back to the public and at times help people make life changing decisions.

I am available for SAME day signings Monday-Saturday.
