I am NNA Certified Trained and Background Screened with $1 million in E&O Insurance to work with mortgage lenders, title and escrow companies coordinating appointments at which closing documents are signed. Travel can be coordinated to the parties preferred location to present closing documents to the parties for signatures, notarization and supervision of the signing of documents by the parties. Performing duties properly and ethically while following the Notary Signing Agent guiding principles are my top priorities.
