 My name is Tabitha Thomas and I have been a mobile Notary/Loan Signing Agent since May 2019 with 2700 closings completed. Prior to starting in this industry I served in the United States Navy for 10 years and worked as a civilian in the federal government for 7 years. 

I am NNA Certified and NNA background screened. I am experienced with Seller, Purchase,  Refinance, Commercial, Conventional, FHA, and VA loan types. 

I am professional with full working knowledge of all conventional processing forms. I have the ability to quickly review loan documents for accuracy and completeness. I am a stickler for details as well as responsiveness. My vendors will never be left to worry or wonder about  their closings being completed accurately and professionally with the highest level of integrity  

I have an in depth knowledge in general notarizations, well versed in notarizing Power of Attorneys, Affidavits, Oath and Affirmations, Trusts, Wills, and to the special needs of the individuals involved.
